Poster Preparation Guidelines:
Authors are advised to adhere to the following guidelines. Although details of the format are left to the discretion of each author, they should not deviate from the accepted abstract or paper. Commercial publicity will not be allowed. Each poster presentation will occupy a tack-board panel 6.8897 ft (2,100 mm) high x 3.937 ft (1,200 mm) wide. Plan your display to fit this space.

A0 (1189 x 841 mm) size is recommended.
The display should present information from left to right.
Near the top of the display panel give the title of your presentation and the authors' names and affiliations.

Pins and thumbtacks will be available for mounting your displays. All data should carry the message without requiring any additional comment. Written passages should be sufficiently large to allow for easy reading from a distance of approximately five feet (1.524 m). Minimize the written text:
Summarize, outline, and be brief. Remember, this is not the written paper, but passages specifically written for poster viewing. Matte finish on micrographs gives better visibility due to reduction of glare from lights.
You must stay within your display area.

Awards:
Excellent papers and presentation are recognized through the following awards:
- JIEP Outstanding Technical Paper Awards
- IEEE EPS Japan Chapter Young Awards
- JIEP Poster Awards
Please see http://www.jiep.or.jp/icep/award.html for some of the details.

Author No Show Policy:
ICEP 2019 enforces a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the Advance or Final Program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the Advance or Final Program who do not attend the conference will be listed in a "No Show List", compiled by JIEP. Any "no-show" paper will be noted as "Author unavailable for presentation" and will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
